A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is made.
The advance amount is non-refundable as it is used to block the event date.
2. Event Coverage
Coverage duration is based on the package selected by the client.
If the event is delayed beyond the scheduled hours, additional charges for extra hours will apply.
Drone usage depends on weather conditions, venue permissions, and legal regulations.
3. Deliverables
Raw files are not included by default; they can be provided at an additional cost.
Edited photos, cinematic films, and videos may take between 30–90 days depending on the workflow and season.
Once final files are delivered, any additional edits requested by the client may involve extra charges.
4. Payment
50% advance at the time of booking.
Remaining amount must be paid on or before the event day or as mutually agreed.
Final deliverables will be shared only after full payment is completed.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must inform the team about important rituals, timings, and restrictions in advance.
Venue permissions (if required for photography, videography, or drone) must be arranged by the client.
6. Image & Video Usage Rights
FB Photographers reserves the right to use selected images and videos for portfolio, website, social media, and branding purposes unless the client specifically requests a No-Publication Agreement (additional charge may apply).
Copyright remains with FB Photographers.
7. Rescheduling & Cancellation
If the client requests rescheduling, it is subject to availability of the new date.
Cancellation after booking results in forfeiture of the advance payment.
8. Storage & Backup
Final deliverables will be stored by FB Photographers for 30 days after delivery. Clients are advised to keep their own backup.
Re-sharing files after the 30-day period may involve additional costs.
9. Liability
FB Photographers will always aim to deliver the highest possible quality.
However, we are not responsible for unexpected lighting changes, venue restrictions, technical failures beyond human control, or sudden weather conditions.
